I organised and was the MC for an Eid event in Parliament which included the following speakers: Lord Mohamed Sheikh. Saira Khan (BBC1 Loose Woman/Apprentice), Alberto Costa MP, Ranil Jayawardena MP, Dr Rami Ranger and Mohamed Amin MBE (former PWC partner). This was broadcast on Pakistani TV channels GEO and ARY digital with 120 people attending.
Speakers included myself and the likes of Dr. Harriet Crabtree, OBE Executive Director Interfaith Network UK.
I won an award in the political and legal category for my contribution to enhancing community relations.
